Consult a pulmonologist to check your symptoms, or a gastroenterologist since you were facing antral gastritis. Your chest pain could be something related to antral gastritis.

Ma'am, I am suffering from endometriosis/chocolate cyst. I have been on Dienogest 2mg medicine for more than a month but still bleeding for 15 days straight. Neither heavy bleeding nor spotting, its something in between. Is there any permanent cure for chocolate cyst or pregnancy is the only solution? I am unmarried. Kindly enlighten me if there is any permanent solution for the same.

Yes with Dienogest it can take several months to be effective. If bleeding continues, speak with your doctor who may perform additional tests or adjust your medications. Doctors can recommend surgery in severe cases or when other treatments have not been effective. Talk to your gynecologist beacuse pregnancy is not a permanent solution for endometriosis or chocolate cysts.

I recently did a vaginal swab test and yeast or vaginalis was found in the wet preparation while the culture, no growth was seen. I have suddenly randomly gotten lower back pain right above my tail bone out of the blue. No prior injuries or accidents. It does not spread but is a 24 7 constant pain and a little warm. My mid spine was also sore for about 2 days but has gone now and hasn't come back but the back pain is still there. It has been like this for almost 3 months. Excerises helps for atleast 20min and then the pain comes back again. Sitting and lying down is the worst. I can't sit for more than 10min.

Iam suffering from UTI infections since 4 months and used several antibiotics like Oflaxicin, Cefidoxime, Amoxycillin and Nitrobacter , But still the condition exists after every period with symptoms of urine incontinence, lower abdomin pain and flatulence, urge to go urine every 30min, urine leakage while sneeezing / laughing , hot flushes in urine passage, vagina and even rectal region throughout the day and subsides during nights . The fact that you have not responded to multiple courses of antibiotics, its possible that you may have a chronic or recurrent UTI. I recommend seeing a urolgist or gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Stomach pain and back pain are common symptoms after taking Ipill. If bleeding dosen't stop after 7 days and the pain is severe then consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management. The doctor may perform a pelvic exam, ultrasound, or blood tests to determine the cause of the prolonged bleeding and pain.
