It is essential to consult with your surgeon or get a second option from another qualified health provider. Ongoing difficulties after surgery should be investigated carefully and may require imaging studies to evaluate the situation. I think it's still 2 months post surgery. There could be inflammatory reaction because of the sutures. It is possible so we need to see the pictures to evaluate it correctly and I think most of the times they dissolve by themselves.
