عروقك لم تتغير بعد عما كانت عليه قبل جراحة دوالي الخصية قبل 4 أشهر. دوالي الخصية هي حالة كيس الصفن الناجمة عن تورم الأوردة من حيث الحجم. يمكن أن يتجلى ذلك إما على شكل تورم مؤلم أو يمكن أن يؤدي إلى العقم. ربما لم تحل الجراحة المشكلة بالكامل. ارجع إلى طبيبك واكتشف سبب حدوث ذلك وما هي الإجراءات الإضافية التي يمكن اتخاذها.

i have urinary frequency and sensation of incomplete bladder emptying. urine culture shows no infection. urine test shows no sugar but there is +1 haemoglobin. no blood in urine. ultrasound shows everything normal but there is urinary retention, about 20ml post void. i tried mirabegon and tamsulosin as recommended but they didn't work.
