Chest lymphocytes swelling

Male | 30

Swelling in lymph nodes within the chest can arise from various factors, including infections, inflammation, or occasionally more serious conditions. Common accompanying symptoms may include coughing, pain, or fever. It’s essential to monitor any ongoing issues, such as persistent swelling or discomfort. Starting with rest, hydration, and over-the-counter pain relievers can be beneficial. However, I recommend consulting a hematologist for a thorough evaluation and tailored guidance, ensuring your health is prioritized.

Hi, I did Antibody hiv 1& 2 Elisa test after 30 days of exposure. Then once again I did Insti antibody 1&2 screening tes after 45 days. In both test my result was negative. Should I do further test for my assurance...please kindly suggest me

Male | 39

The tests you took at 30 and 45 days are generally accurate, but for complete peace of mind, it's best to get tested again 3 months after being exposed. This is because it takes time for the immune system to make enough antibodies that can be detected by the test. In the meantime, if you start feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, rash, sore throat or tiredness, please tell your doctor.

I am coughing up blood Do I have Cancer?

Female | 21

Coughing up blood can be alarming, but it’s not always due to something serious like cancer. Common causes include lung infections, bronchitis, or excessive coughing. If you notice blood in your spit, it’s best to inform your doctor to help identify the cause. They may run some tests to find the underlying issue. See a doctor to make sure everything is okay.

I am 43 year old, my spleen has enlarged and since last 1 month I have been feeling constipated and having symptoms of ibs, and bone marrow test increases in plasma cell 08%

Female | 43

The bone marrow test shows that there are more plasma cells than usual. Plasmacytoma and promyelocytic tumors. Bloating spleen, constipation, and high plasma cells spring from the conditions of infection or bone marrow issues. Treatment engaged in depends on the cause, hence it is very important that a doctor be able to correctly diagnose and take care of ailments.

We have done routine test and in that asylum serum is increased at 142. Is it something to worry about

Male | 44

Albumin serum levels tell if your body is balanced. Increased albumin can occur from dehydration, high-protein intake, or medications. You likely won't notice changes. Drink more water and eat balanced meals to help. Discuss concerns with your healthcare provider if needed.
