Madam, I am having a tight foreskin. During erection, foreskin can be retracted to some extent but it feels as if it will get stuck & skin will get torn. . One online doctor has advised TENOVATE GM but using it I m having slightly burning sensation .Pls help by suggesting a suitable ointment for this and kindly tell any effective measures.
Male | 22
It seems like you might have phimosis, which is a condition where the foreskin is too tight and hard to pull back. This can make erections uncomfortable and even painful. Tenovate GM might not be the best solution for this issue because it can cause burning. I suggest using a gentle moisturizer like Vaseline or a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone. These will help to soften the skin and reduce inflammation. Make sure you apply the ointment after cleaning the area with warm water.

Good day, I am 44 yrs healthy male having reoccurring UTI since last 1 year.(8 times) First two infections the URine test showed positive infections but rest of them were negative. Doctor referred me for endoscopy where all results showed no abnormalities and I was prescribed APO-Tamsuloain 400 MCG. PSA test came normal and Ultra sound and blood test all came normal. Now yesterday again I had symptoms of UTI and I have been prescribed amoxicillin 500mg for 5 days and it has given me temporary relief. I go to the gym daily and have mild hypertension where I take reaptan 50mg daily. Please assist
Male | 45
The UTI's main symptoms are usually urinating often, having a burning sensation during urination, and having either cloudy or strong-smelling urine as well as pelvic pain. The fact that these are initiated by the entrance of bacteria into the urinary system thereby inducing inflammation could be cleared up using antibiotics like amoxicillin. Besides, drinking enough water, following a good hygiene regime, and discussing with a urologist whether there are possible underlying causes of your recurring UTIs such as any anatomical concerns or lifestyle habits that may be contributing are also essential.

Hello madam my name is haris and i am 19 year old .Mam my left testical is smaller than right one and my left testicsl vein is looking like worm and it is large in size. I am called for urine too much .I take bath daily 6 to 7 times in a day why?
Male | 19
You may have varicocele, an enlarged vein condition in the scrotum. This could make you feel discomfort. It also may change testicle size and increase urination. Varicocele responds to medicine or surgery. So, see a urologist soon for evaluation and proper treatment. Additionally, bathing often may dry your skin. Bathing once daily is typically fine.

I took a 4th generation hiv test 14 days after possible exposure and it came back negative are those results accurate at 14 days
Male | 35
At 14 days after a possible HIV exposure, a 4th generation HIV test can provide an indication of your HIV status, but it may not be fully conclusive. To obtain the most accurate results you may repeat the test at the 28 day mark or as advised by your doc.

I had a burning sensation while urinating on Tuesday. I went to the hospital and was prescribed Bactrim and Pyridium 200mg. On Wednesday, I still felt a bit of discomfort when urinating but no urgency. However, today, Thursday, I feel no pain but now I have felt urgency all day. I have taken all 6 Pyridium pills and 5 Bactrim pills, so I shouldn't have symptoms by now but I still do and I am concerned.
Female | 19
Consult a urologist about your urinary urgency. It could be a UTI that didn't respond to the Bactrim and Pyridium.

accidentally received a mild blow to my testicular area, causing immediate pain. However, afterward, I noticed that my erections became slow, weak, and less enduring. Could the blow be the cause, considering it wasn't severe
Male | 35
For sure, the testicular area, which is delicate, is affected by the mild blow that breaks blood vessels and the nerves that supply the penis with blood. It would cause erectile failure. A visit to a urologist should be a consideration for evaluation and treatment.

I been having issues where im going to much to the bathroom a lot at night and cramping up a lot why am i have those issues
Male | 33
It seems that you have the problem of unnecessarily frequent urination at night and the associated cramps. These conditions might be caused by an overactive bladder, which involves the muscle of the urinary bladder squeezing more frequently than normal. It may result from different things like taking too much fluids before sleep or certain ailments. To manage this, reduce your liquid intake before going to bed and consult a urologist for more check-ups.

This might be a urinary tract infection. Symptoms could be the pain of the penis and white discharge. UTIs are cases of bacterial infection in the urinary tract. Male | 23
You may experience periodic and self-limiting pain in the testis. This can happen for various reasons, such as injury, infection, or blood flow problems. Occasionally, the discomfort may be due to a condition called testicular torsion. It is crucial to see a urologist as soon as possible to confirm the diagnosis, identify the source of the problem, and receive the necessary medical treatment.

Any treatment for Hypocontractile bladder?
Female | 35
Hypocontractile bladder is diagnosed when the bladder muscles are not strong enough. This may cause difficulties in emptying the bladder completely, which in turn may lead to symptoms such as frequent urination or lack of control over urination. To facilitate the improvement of this condition, the treatment options consist of pelvic floor exercises, lifestyle changes, and in some cases medications which can be added. These measures are useful in improving the strength of the hybrid muscles and alleviating symptoms.

It's strongly recommended to seek medical attention by a urologist immediately. Injuries to sensitive areas like the genitals can lead to complications, and if he's experiencing pain, urinary issues, or any unusual symptoms, it's crucial to consult a medical professional as soon as possible

Sexually transmitted disease
Male | 23
The treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) depends on the specific infection and its severity. Different STDs are treated with medications such as antibiotics for bacterial infections (e.g., chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis) or antiviral drugs for viral infections (e.g., herpes, HIV). Some STDs, like HPV, may not have a cure, but treatments are available to manage symptoms and prevent complications.
I would recommend seeking advice personally from a professional preferably a gynecologist or urologist in your location.
