Dr.Anu Joy is extremely rude and disrespectful. My son had underwent surgery — she never bothered to stay and wait until he woke up after anaesthesia and even followed up care as I tried calling her multiple times. Though we can understand that sometimes doctors get busy, doesn’t mean that they neglect grossly patients one over the other. Also, when we asked her questions about my sons’ issue, she was so rude to snap back and ask why we needed to know?! What kind of doctor does this?? One has to wonder is it because we as patients do our research as well and read up and may have questions to clarify? Apparently it appears she thinks she is know it all and no one should question her. It’s a shame that there are such people in medical field and that too in well reputed medical facilities. Her attitude surely will be her downfall. Would definitely NOT recommend her
