I'm 26 yrs old . I have just feel a fluid type in my right testis. Doctor says it's a normal issue so he gave me some medicines . Ultrasound shows a minimal hydrocele tested by a radiologist I have go to urologist doctor he just gave me tabs . Now after 15 days I don't feel any recovery Thanks

I feel pain in my panis. Then i have checked under my foreskin and i found a small pimple like which is red near frenulum(left side).and also found some redness on frenulum. Good day. This is how it started. Each time I sneeze I have pain below my right abdomen. The pain became frequent. But it went after using some medication. But later came back. And now I have a white discharge m from my penis. I drink a lot of water but I can't urinate much as before again... Please help me
