I’m a female and have done surgery for my breast cancer and after that they have done chemotherapy it was good after some months I’m experiencing some pain on my right hand and it was swelling when I complained to the doctor he said nothing you have to do exercise but still I haven’t relieved from that pain can you please tell us the remedy for that

I was diagnosed with lung melanoma 6 months ago. Doctor gave three suggestions immunotherapy, radiotherapy or just asked to wait for three months and then do a PET scan again. And if the situation change, then only go for therapy. Otherwise, repeat the test after another three months. I am unable to take any decision. Can you please suggest to me what I should do now?
