I am 32 and 7 months old i missed my period then i took the test it shows positive but the color was faint then after 2 days i again do the test but this time also the color was faint, we went to doctor and she suggest do the Uther sound but nothing was there is uterus and as per the doctor it was 4 week of pregnancy. today on 12th may 2023 i am bleeding, Is i was really pregnant or its because of the hormonal imbalance. My last period was start on 6th April ,2023 please suggest

"Hi, l'm seeking some clarity about my health. Last month, I experienced vaginal soreness and white discharge, and I visited a clinic. The doctor examined me, saw the discharge, and assumed it was an STI without running any tests. She prescribed me some pills, but a month later, the symptoms returned. I went for testing this time, and surprisingly, my results came back negative for STls. I'm confused and worried about what might be causing my symptoms.
