You seem to be having symptoms of anxiety. The feeling of fear, headaches, and the tendency to worry about your health are some of the symptoms of anxiety. Anxious people checking blood pressure regularly is a typical behavior. The anxiety could be the reason for the high blood pressure. For relaxation techniques, exercise, and therapy can be useful.

Am fully stress and i can't sleep all night. I wand to cry i don't know the reason but i wand cry

Female | 18

That's normal - everyone experiences those feelings now and then. Stress builds up. It makes sleeping difficult and brings tears easily. That's okay though. Try opening up to someone you trust about what's bothering you. Deep breaths or listening to calm music might help too. Don't forget: taking care of your mental health matters just as much as your physical health.

Can I take methylphenidate and clonidine HCL .1mg together?

Male | 21

Methylphenidate can be taken with Clonidine, but make sure to follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.  Methylphenidate is used for ADHD and Clonidine is sometimes used for high blood pressure as well as ADHD.  Combining them might help to control symptoms such as hyperactivity, impulsivity, or inattention.  If you have any worries or notice any new symptoms then always talk to your doctor about it.
