It seems like anxiety may be the cause. Feeling nervous or troubled happens. Your breathing gets tough. Anxiety arises from stress. Or it could stem from genes. Some medical issues can lead to it too. But you can manage through techniques like relaxation. Regular exercise helps.

Hi, I am 35 F being treated for treatment resistant depression. I am on this regimen for 7 days now and have developed a benign rash allover my body. I am taking duloxtene, lustral, vilazodone, lamictal, and lurasidone. Please verify of these drugs don't have any serious interactions and what to do with my rash.

Female | 34

The drugs that you have mentioned are solely for the treatment of depression, and the great news is that they do not create any major interactions. The rash might be a result of the use of one of the medications, possibly Lamictal. Rashes can often occur while one takes this drug. I suggest you reach out to your doctor, inform them about the new symptom, and find out the best way to address it.
