Could pre-ejaculation fluid cause pregnancy in this scenario?

2 weeks back me and my wife were sexually active. I did not enter her and i did not ejaculate next to her vagina. but she had rubbed her vagina on my penis for 10mins during the activity. Will the pre ejaculation fluid from my penis around her vagina (not much at the entrance) get her pregnant? Its been 2 weeks and she has not had any symptoms but her periods have been delayed for almost a week. Should i be concerned?
