First,, finish your PEP medication as directed by your doctor. Drink plenty of water to help flush out the bacteria causing the UTI.. Avoid drinks that can irritate the bladder,, like COFFEE and ALCOHOL.. Take over-the-counter pain relievers to ease the discomfort.. Urinate often and empty your bladder completely.. If your symptoms don't improve or get worse, contact your doctor immediately..

I have ED and PE based on past experience so I consult urologist he gave duraplus 10/30 for 30 days every night currently I am not in sexual activity and I said this to doctor also then I gone to another urologist for 2nd opinion he gave tadaflo 5 for 30 days every night and duralast while having intercourse i also told this doctor that I am not in sexual activity, so please suggest me which approach is good
Male | 26
Both Duraplus and Tadalafil are drugs used for erectile dysfunction treatment. Duraplus is compounded by Vardenafil and Dapoxetine, and Tadaflo by Tadalafil. The medication is dependent on some factors, which include age, medical history, and other medical conditions. I would recommend you to see a urologist who is well-versed in erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for your condition.

I am feeling a vibration sensation in the penis. The vibration occurs and stops and it again happens.....this is happening for few hours now ...what should I do
Male | 20
Feeling a vibrating sensation in your penis can be an issue. This may be because of a treatment called penile vibratory stimulation. You may feel the pressure if you have been in a sitting position for too long or if there is pressure on the pelvic area. Give it a try - stand up and move around, or change your position. If the sensation persists or turns into pain, you should consult a urologist.

I had a UTI problem few months back, after some medication it went away and then around the end of Ramadan i felt sharp pain in my kidney which was ruled out as me not drinking enough water but with that the UTI was back, i was giving medication such as Novidat and after 2 weeks i was fine, but now few days ago i felt that the urine had turned pink again i am facing the same problem It keeps on coming back this time another doc and he prescribed Becyclo 20 mg Ciprexis 500 mg Relipsa 40 mg AboCran Which i completed but nothing much changed I did a urine DR test most was normal besides a small amount of blood cells Few bacteria and mucus being present. Right now i am facing frequent urination and just a slight sting while urination. That's it...someone suggested using fosfomycin trometamol satchet but i am not sure. What should i do?
Male | 24
The pink urine and the few blood cells found suggest an ongoing infection. Both germs and mucus in your urine can be responsible for these symptoms. The prescribed medications should be taken as per the doctor’s advice for the complete course of therapy; but if the symptoms are still the same, it could be better to consult a urologist. fosfomycin trometamol as it has been found more valuable in curative UTIs in some cases. In addition, you should drink a lot of water, never try to stop your urine and be extra careful when washing yourself to protect yourself from future infections.

from last few days i am facing several urine infection disease. I’m drinking water more that 10lts in a day, still nothing works. I’m also taking medicines for that. Now from yesterday, I’m facing very much stomach pain. It feels like everything is burning. I’m also feel pain and little uncomfortable during my body movements. Can anyone tell me the reason for these problems?
Female | 26
A urinary tract infection (UTI) could have spread to your kidneys. UTIs happen when bacteria enter the urinary tract. They can make urination burn. You may have to urinate often. There can be abdominal pain too. Kidney infections bring severe stomach pain and discomfort. To prevent complications, drink lots of water. Take all your prescribed medications as directed. But you should see a urologist for proper treatment.

I have to undergo surgery 2 times, still I have to concentrate on passing urine, 1st time urethra plastic, 2nd time laparoscopy surgery, I still have to do dilatation twice.
Male | 33
This urination problem was due to a narrowing in the urethra which made it difficult for the urine to flow freely. Dilatation is a procedure to expand the urethra. It is essential to take your doctor's advice and go to all follow-up appointments to tackle this issue successfully.

Calcium.oxalate 3-4 hpf mean
Male | 31
You got calcium oxalate crystals in your pee. Small crystals like these happen from not drinking enough, certain foods, or health issues. They can sometimes make kidney stones, which hurt your belly or back. So drink plenty of water, stay away from salty snacks and sodas, and eat more fruits and veggies to avoid them.

I had a burning sensation while urinating on Tuesday. I went to the hospital and was prescribed Bactrim and Pyridium 200mg. On Wednesday, I still felt a bit of discomfort when urinating but no urgency. However, today, Thursday, I feel no pain but now I have felt urgency all day. I have taken all 6 Pyridium pills and 5 Bactrim pills, so I shouldn't have symptoms by now but I still do and I am concerned.
Female | 19
Consult a urologist about your urinary urgency. It could be a UTI that didn't respond to the Bactrim and Pyridium.

I have got my other tests done like FSH TSH,LH,PRL and others all are normal but my semen analysis report on Feb 1st is attached, could you please check and let me know if there is any problem. We have sex atleast 3 times in a week especially during ovulation time. 5 days after period until 5 days before next period. She gets her periods on time. Please help!!
Male | 32
Your sperm counts are low. Sperm have trouble moving. These issues make having kids very difficult. Many things can cause low sperm count and poor sperm movement. Sometimes it is due to hormone problems or genetics. Lifestyle choices may also affect sperm. You should speak to a fertility doctor about your results. They can suggest treatments that may help. The doctor can also recommend lifestyle changes for better sperm health. This could improve your odds of having a baby.

Why I'm I having itching In my urethra
Male | 20
The urethra is where pee comes out. Sometimes it can get itchy. Infections like UTIs or STIs can cause this. When you have an infection, peeing may burn. You may also see gunk or feel pain down there. Drinking plenty of water helps. Stay away from soaps with smells. You'll need to see a urologist to get it checked out and fixed.
