For past one week, while passing Urine, I could feel that urine is not freely passing out from my penis. Feels like the pathway has shrinked/compressed. Any remedies by exercise or medication required?

See a urologist for trouble urinating. It could be urethritis, UTI, prostate enlargement, or urethral stricture. Need to check in person to give proper diagnosis.

I want to know about phimosis
Male | 23
Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin on a boy's penis becomes too tight and won't retract. It can make urinating tricky, trigger swelling, or cause pain. Usually, it stems from the foreskin failing to stretch properly during growth. Often, circumcision solves it – that's a simple surgery removing the overly-snug foreskin. Getting medical help is crucial if you or someone you care about faces these issues.

Erectile dysfunction as a side effect of medication can vary from person to person. In many cases, it should improve once you stop taking the medication. Since you've been on Flunil (Fluoxetine) for one month, it's advisable to consult your prescribing doctor or a urologist.

Viagra usually leaves your system after 2 to 3 hours. Depending on your metabolism, Viagra can take 5 to 6 hours to fully leave your system. A higher dosage will take longer to leave your body. A 25-mg dose may wear off after a couple of hours, but a 100-mg dose may take nearly four times as long to leave your system.
Male | 25
The effects of Viagra can last up to 2-3 hours. Sometimes it could take longer to get out of your body, usually 5-6 hours depending on your metabolism. If you have taken a bigger dose, it takes even longer for the drug to leave your system. You should see a doctor in case of any doubts or signs of side effects. You could see urologist for further evaluation or treatment.

I'm diagnosed with testicular vein infection .what is the best treatment .I am also have a testicular cyst
Male | 40
A testicular vein infection and cyst sounds painful. The infection occurs when germs enter the vein, leading to swelling, redness, and discomfort in that region. Antibiotics are typically prescribed to combat the bacterial infection. As for the cyst, it may not necessitate treatment unless it's causing issues. If problematic, your urologist might recommend draining it or removing it surgically.

I have hydrocele, can I go to gym please tell me.
Male | 19
A hydrocele causes swelling in the scrotum, fluid building up around the testicle. It's often painless. At the gym, take it easy: avoid activities putting pressure on that area. Stick to light workouts until consulting a urologist for specific advice.

Hell doctor. I am abit worried right now, I am young and stupid but im embarrassed to say that I have a small penis. Anyways I tried to make it larger through something called a hydromax water pump and it was working but about a few hours ago I overused it and when I removed it my penis went from hard to soft instantly, I never had that problem before and im not sure how to fix it. I tried to make it hard but it's not not budging, it is swollen but I can still feel it's there and sensitive. It just won't get hard, it doesn't hurt or anything, it is slightly swollen, but I just cant get hard. Please give advise as im scared I won't be able to get hard anymore

Male | 16
A hydrocele that you have in your scrotum is like a gelatinous sac. It takes place when there is an accumulation of fluid around the testis. Mostly, it has no pain, but you may see a swelling. It is a normal thing and usually doesn't pose any risks. But, in case it enlarges or you have some discomfort, it is advisable to visit a urologist to ensure that everything is fine.

my penis has tight frenulum what should i do ?
Male | 18
A frenulum is a small tissue band under the penis head. This can cause pain during sex. It can also make pulling back the foreskin difficult. The main way to fix this issue is frenuloplasty. In frenuloplasty, the tight band is snipped to loosen it up. This is a common and simple procedure. It can make a big difference in your comfort levels. I can't able to move my penis foreskin it is too tight and if I move it is painful
Male | 24
If I understand properly, you may have a condition known as phimosis, which is when the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back. This can make cleaning difficult and may cause pain. It is usually caused by inflammation or infection. Applying gentle pressure or using a cream prescribed by your doctor could help. If it doesn’t get better, they might suggest doing something simple like circumcision. You should speak to a urologist about what would work for you.
