It's good that you checked your heart last year and everything is fine. Chest pain may be gastrically related on some occasions this could be the reason why your cardiologist gave you that type of advice. As for the heart palpitations after peeing that you experience, this is quite a common thing. This can occur because of the body position changing and the pressure on the heart you experience at that time. It is also normal to have more burps at night time. Avoid eating heavy meals just before bedtime, chew slowly, and accept some time to make food to make your life better. If the palpitations still occur or worsen, do not hesitate to visit your doctor and have further tests performed.
