The swelling close to your penis urethra opening after a UTI is not a rare case. It might be a while before it heals. Drinking a lot of water can assist with getting rid of any remaining bacteria. Not performing masturbation until the swelling reduces can be one way to speed up the healing process. It's important to visit a urologist if the swelling persists or worsens.

Sometimes after I masturbate I get an urge to pee which lasts from half an hour to an hour. And when I pee I feel burning sensation.
Male | 18
This could be due to irritation of the urinary tract. Masturbation can sometimes lead to increased blood flow and stimulation in the genital area. To address this, it's advisable to drink plenty of water to flush out any irritants and consult with a urologist. Additionally, urinating before and after masturbation can help flush out any potential irritants and bacteria.

Female | 27
Yeast infections happen when body yeast grows too much. Your discharge was clumpy, white, and light green. You felt itchy and uncomfortable. Great news! Medications from pharmacies treat yeast infections. Follow directions carefully. Avoid irritants like scented soaps or tight clothes. If symptoms remain after medication or return often, talk to a urologist.

Hi Doctor Sahiba! I have a lot of problems with urination, I have to urinate frequently, I have to get up many times during the day and at night, and the pain in the bladder is also very severe. Not even sleeping properly and health is deteriorating day by day, this problem has been going on for a long time. I have been treated by doctors and hakims from Bait, but there is no difference. Please suggest good medicine so that I can get rid of this disease. Thank you

You have to deal with frequent urination and the pain in your bladder. It is because of the occurrence of a condition called overactive bladder that these symptoms are appearing. Because your bladder muscles contract too often or unexpectedly, that's the reason for which the bladder gets overactive. Alongside your relief, a urologist can prescribe medication to ease your bladder muscles so that you can pee less often. In addition, whatever conditions you choose to avoid, these are the foods that most people tend to be sensitive to, such as coffee and spicy food.

Hi, I am worried about erectile dysfunction. I'm going through puberty but don't seem to get random erections anymore and only ones caused by stimulation. Is there something wrong?
Male | 14
During puberty it's normal for the frequency and spontaneity of erections to change. Hormonal shifts affect sexual development differently for everyone. While early puberty often involves more frequent and spontaneous erections, this can change as puberty progresses. There's nothing wrong it's natural.

1. I feel some ball like things on my Scrotum which I don't know what it is and how to cure it 2. I also feel some things on my testis after doing a testicular examination
Male | 21
Diagnosis might be varicocele which refers to the occurrence of swollen blood veins in the scrotum. The scrotum is swollen due to a ball or a lump-like structure. It mainly doesn't hurt but it is likely to be experienced as something unpleasant or heavy. Varicoceles can be surgical solutions if they bother you or if they affect fertility. An appointment for an examination with a urologist would be a good idea to discuss your options.

After ejaculation, I experience pain for several days in the area around my bladder. Multiple ejaculations make the pain worse. I've already taken antibiotics in case of an infection, but they haven't helped. It's not a bladder infection, as I don't have pain while urinating. I'm 59 years old and have had a mild prostate enlargement for years, but it hasn't grown any larger in the past 10 years (it's checked annually). Additionally, I do need to get up three times a night to urinate, but that's been the case for years. The pain does lessen after a few days, but it always lingers a bit. The pain can be described as stabbing.
Male | 58
You may be suffering from a chronic prostatitis. Such an issue can lead to discomfort in the region around the bladder primarily after ejaculation. Unlike a bladder infection, this condition is distinct. The mild prostate enlargement that you are experiencing may be a contributing factor to the existing pain. At least, you have regularly checked it out. To deal with this problem, you may benefit from medications that help with inflammation and pain. Visit a urologist to determine the best treatment plan for you.

Urinary stent removal is a painful procedure.next week I remove my stent panic
Male | 30
Stent removal leads to brief sharp pain or pulling sensation. This happens because the stent gets gently pulled through the urethra, where urine flows from the bladder. Though strange or uncomfortable, the procedure is quick. Any pain should go away fast once the stent is removed completely. Discuss concerns with your urologist if needed.

Stinging uti with no infection
Male | 29
Sometimes you may have an uncomfortable, stinging feeling when urinating. There may be no infection. This could be caused by irritation in your bladder or urethra. It could happen because certain foods or drinks irritate your system. Drinking more water and avoiding irritants like caffeine and spicy foods may help ease that stinging sensation.

My penis sometimes itches from the inside for more than a year now.
Male | 26
It could be due to fungal or bacterial infection, sexually transmitted infection (STI), or other inflammation. Consult a urologist asap. Do not attempt to self-diagnose or treat the issue, as this can potentially worsen the condition or lead to complications.

A urinary tract infection (UTI) could have spread to your kidneys. UTIs happen when bacteria enter the urinary tract. They can make urination burn. You may have to urinate often. There can be abdominal pain too. Kidney infections bring severe stomach pain and discomfort. To prevent complications, drink lots of water. Take all your prescribed medications as directed. But you should see a urologist for proper treatment.

I have a small painless lump felt on my left testicle. I have not been experiencing any drawbacks since detecting it but I'm afraid it might be cancer. When I press it up on the skin I can see that it's clear white in colour.
Male | 13
Most of these lumps are not dangerous and aren't cancerous. However, you should see a urologist immediately if you notice anything strange. Painless testicle lumps can arise from cysts or infections that cause swelling. While the clear white color may be good news, still get a professional opinion.
