It could be an infection, swollen lymph nodes, or a cyst. However, the lumps can sometimes be non-cancerous, so it is crucial to get it checked by a healthcare provider just to be on the safe side. They would then suggest the best treatment that is cause-specific. Lumps and other abnormalities it's always better to be safe.

Hi I am a 35 year old woman , I have very annoying spots all around my behind area and I don't know how to get rid of them.

Female | 35

You might be dealing with a common issue called acne. The back can easily get acne due to things like friction from clothes, sweating, or clogged hair follicles. To treat these spots, keep the area clean and dry, wear loose clothing, and use over-the-counter acne treatments with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.

I'm having dandruff from last 10 years. Tried many Doctors, medicines & home remedies but still having the same problem. Looking for a good medicine to cure this problem.

Male | 26

There are a few products available to help with dandruff. Better to use those that contain selenium sulfide, zinc pyrithione, or ketoconazole. These ingredients are known to help reduce dandruff. Avoid styling products that contain alcohol, as these can dry out and irritate the scalp. Talk to your doctor about any underlying conditions it could be a sign of an infection or other medical condition.

Salmon patches on her face from her birth so i m worried about and how its solve problem

Female | 3months

Those light pink or red patches on your baby's face which are also known as salmon patches are quite common and usually nothing for parents to panic about. They occur when small blood vessels are near the skin. No need for treatment as they usually disappear on their own by the time the child is 1 to 2 years. Simply keep the area clean and protect against direct sunlight.

Female | 16

It could be for many reasons, including hormones, stress, genetics and skin care products that can cause acne. It is recommended that you consult with dermatologist to assess your skin and determine the best treatment for your specific needs. In the meantime, maintain a gentle and consistent skincare routine, including cleansing your face twice daily with a mild cleanser and moisturizing with a non-comedogenic moisturizer. Avoid irritating ingredients such as alcohol and fragrances.

i am 32 year old female i have black heads problem in last 3 months and some black ots on hand and legs

Female | 32

Blackheads are small bumps that form when hair follicles get blocked by dead skin cells and excess oil. This can happen due to excess sebum, hormonal changes, or improper skin care. To reduce blackheads, use a gentle exfoliating scrub and a non-comedogenic moisturizer. Always clean your skin well to avoid irritation and prevent the urge to squeeze blackheads.
