Male | 19
It appears that you are suffering from heat-induced Urticaria. This condition is defined by the occurrence of hives on skin along with severe itching following contact with heat. I would recommend consulting a dermatologist with expertise in skin diseases. They could suggest an appropriate treatment plan to provide symptom relief.

My dad has a white patch near chest. Is it worrisome
Male | 62
A white patch on the neck could be a condition called pityriasis versicolor, caused by yeast growth on the skin. It usually leads to white patches without other symptoms. Anti-fungal creams or shampoos prescribed by a dermatologist can help treat it. Keeping the area clean and dry is also important.

Male | 24
You may have a condition called acanthosis nigricans. Acanthosis nigricans is a condition that can cause some parts of your skin to become darker, like in the area of your stomach and back. This can occur due to aspects such as obesity, diabetes, or hormone problems. You should do your best to manage your weight, eat a varied diet, and be active to remedy this. Do visit a dermatologist to get the most beneficial plan for you!

My baby is 1.8yr old girl...she got fine hairs at her private part and underarms and little facial hair also...it's from birth....her dad also got much hairy skin..is it normal about her
Female | 1
It’s normal for your 1.8-year-old daughter to have fine hair in those areas. It could be because her dad is hairy – sometimes it runs in the family. These hairs are not a problem and do not require any treatment. As she gets older these hairs may become thicker, but that is fine too.

Ringworm ho rkha hai 1 yr se thik nhi ho raha tablet bhi bahut kha chuka hu itracenzole or fluconazole or cream bhi laga liya fark hota pr fir se ho jata h please tell me best treatment for my disease
Male | 25
A stubborn fungal infection seems troublesome. Ringworm triggers red, itchy, scaly skin patches. Defeating it proves difficult sometimes. One way: antifungal meds like Terbinafine or Clotrimazole, used consistently over weeks. Keep affected areas clean and dry. Don't share personal items. With persisting infection, dermatologists can suggest other treatments.

I'm 19 years old. Female. My face is full of tiny bumps, whiteheads, blackheads and dark spots.. I've been using salicylic acid from around 2 months now. But now I'm getting more tiny bumps all around my face and my face is getting dark.. is it purging or I'm using a wrong product..
Female | 19
Small pimples, whiteheads, blackheads, and dark spots appearing together is no fun. Sometimes salicylic acid makes things seem worse initially, a process called "purging." If it's been two months without improvement, that product might not work for your skin type. A simple solution: talk to a dermatologist for advice tailored to your needs.

Today in the morning I had a little mark like I was bitten by something one at the back of my hand the other near my elbow now both are really swollen and painful but they are not itchy as in the morning what could that be and what do I do cause I'm worried
Female | 18
You may be a victim of an insect or spider bite. In some cases, though, these bites can make a person swell and feel pain. Although it's not itchy right now, the reaction can be different in the future. To help, clean the bites gently with soap and water, apply a cold compress like a cool cloth, and take over-the-counter pain relievers for the discomfort. If the swelling doesn't go away or new symptoms appear, it's better to contact a dermatologist for advice.

Good day, I want to consult you regarding a congenital nevus and a female child aged 7.5 years. The nevus is visible at the back of the back, measuring 2-2.5cm vertically and 1-1.5cm horizontally. Is it safe to remove the nevus, is it possible to remove it completely, without leaving any cell that would continue to grow and become malignant. Is it safe in the sense that there is no risk of turning into melanoma if it is split? Thank you in advance for asking, Nice day
Female | 7
A birthmark that grows is called congenital nevus. Most are harmless, but removal could help if it bothers your child or risks becoming melanoma (cancer). Talk to a dermatologist. If removal is best, they'll do it carefully to minimize any left cells that could maybe become cancerous. Watch for changes. Follow the doctor's advice.

Sir i have too many open pores and oily skin and face is not tight face skin is loose. I want to know about treatment options
Male | 26
A common cause of oily skin and enlarged pores is an overproduction of sebum, hormonal changes, or genetic predisposition. Decreased skin elasticity with age is the result of the decrease in skin elasticity, thereby making you look loose. Tackling them with the addition of soft exfoliation, lack of comedogenic moisturizers, and the purchase of products, which contain those like salicylic acid or retinol, to help smooth the texture, can get rid of them. In other ways, treatments such as chemical peels or laser therapy may have a great impact on your skin condition. I suggest you make a connection with the dermatologist so that you can get the best advice based on your skin type and condition.

Acne spots on my face How to treat them ?
Female | 17
These spots occur when your skin's pores are blocked by oil and dead skin cells. This may result from hormonal changes, stress, or the use of skincare products that contain oils. For remedy, try cleansing your face twice a day with a mild cleanser, and additionally, using products that contain ingredients like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Also, avoid squeezing or picking at the spots as it may make the situation worse. You could just go to a dermatologist and receive more opinions.

Alcros 100 tablet ( night 1) And I started using this for 20 days no visible results . Is this medicine works ? Or I should consult other doctor ? Please help
Male | 38
Patchy hair loss like alopecia areata is a common condition. It may show up on any part of the body which is covered by hair. The prescribed medications are often utilized for the treatment of this condition; however, sometimes, the results may take longer to become visible. If you don't see improvement after 20 days, discuss it with your dermatologist. They could recommend alternative treatment methods to enable you to overcome this challenge.

Female | 29
Lupus can lead to redness, rashes, and sensitivity to light. Safeguard your skin from the sun, as sunlight can bring on lupus flare-ups. Use light skincare products and moisturizing cream to replenish your skin frequently. If the symptoms continue, talk to a dermatologist. They could suggest particular treatments to aid in the management of your skin disorder.

You may have itching, and redness in a specific spot on your body. Possible causes: an allergy, bug bite, or irritated skin. Don't scratch! That worsens things. Use a hydrocortisone cream to ease itchiness, and swelling. However, if symptoms continue, see your dermatologist for an exam, and proper treatment.

Skin issue having red rash like acne on chest and scalp
Male | 35
It seems like you might have a common condition called acne. Acne can appear as red pimples or a rash on your chest and head. It occurs when hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. Hormones or bacteria may also play a role in its development. To make things better, try mild cleansers and don’t pick at or squeeze the pimples. If it’s bothering you, see a dermatologist who can give you advice tailored just for you.

You Suggest Me that i can get cleanup on face because I am teenager
Male | 19
Most youngsters need a face cleanup. When you see that your pores are clogged, whether it is blackheads, or pimples, the cause of these things can be either dirt, bacteria, or skin oil production. Aside from that, do not forget to cleanse your face twice a day with a mild oil-free cleanser, to make your face glow and not raise the probability of skin infection, use a face moisturizer and do not keep touching your face.
