Why Do I Ejaculate Quickly During Sexual Activities?

Hi, I'm a 23 year old male. My body is too sensitive during sexual activities and makes me ejaculate too quick sometimes less than a min or even 1min which has cause misunderstanding between I and my partner. What can I do?
