What should I do if BP is 150/110 now?
Hi sir iam 30yrs old male pt 4mth before check my BP 160/120 and ECG normal and CBC normal and all test done Apollo hospital ... doctor told 3mth continue telma am medication after check BP if normal stop tab other wise follow local doctor.....after 3 mth 2wk continued BP checked 110/70... Stoped tablet last month now BP checked 150/110.... Now what will do...pls suggest

If it reads 150/110, then there’s something serious cooking underneath— think heart attack level! You should see a cardiologist to either change your dosage or advice on how to bring it down through lifestyle modifications. Stress; unhealthy foods such as junk or fast food items; lack of physical activities like workouts at the gym etcetera– these among others can lead one into having high levels but not all hope is lost because even genetics play a part too.
