Wet dreams are a normal thing and are not probably leading to anything harmful. But if you prefer them, watch for a routine during sleep, do not read or watch sexual stimulants before bedtime, and keep practicing relaxation techniques. If the problem continues, a urologist or an andrologist must be consulted.
