Why Does My Heart Stop When Holding Breath?
I am 14 and every time I breath out and hold it my heart stops

It is not supposed to be that your heart stops when you exhale and hold it. This may be a “vagal syncope” happen. The main symptom is that you feel dizzy or faint. This occurs if a nerve in the body is overstimulated. The remedy would be not to keep your breath for long and if it repeats itself then you should visit a cardiologist so that they may check on you and see what works best for your case.
