What Can I Do About My Terrible BO and Excessive Sweating?

I am 14 years old and I have a terrible BO which really never goes away. I also sweat a lot, like excessive. I’ve used strong antiperspirant but that did not work at all. I don’t eat spicy food. I shower every day, I’ve tried different acids like salicylic acid, glycolic and so on but not that worked. What do I do?

You have been experiencing heavy sweating and body odor. My suggestion is to consult with a dermatologist who can assess and address your sweat and odor issues.

I am 34 years I have facing dark spot and acne in cheeks Please give any suggestions

Male | 34

Acne occurs when the oil and the dead skin cells can no longer exit through the pores, thus they produce pimples. The dark marks left by the acne might be possible. A gentle cleanser that is used twice daily and an oil-free moisturizer every other day can be helpful. Besides, try using the products that contain benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to cure acne.

my face is dark and acne on it

Male | 17

Dark skin patches and acne can occur due to sun exposure, hormonal changes, or clogged pores. To improve your skin, use gentle cleansers, keep your skin moisturized, and avoid harsh products. Drink plenty of water, eat healthy food, and resist picking at acne to prevent scarring. Also, protect your skin from the sun to reduce further darkening.

My face is burn from sun please give advice

Male | 32

Sunburn can happen when your skin gets too much sunlight. It may feel red, hot, and painful. To cool the sunburn, you can try putting cool cloths and aloe vera gel on your skin. Avoid sun exposure until your skin has healed. Drink plenty of water to help your skin recover faster. Always use sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun.

I am 20 year old female, My hands got some bumps can say its keratosis pilaris and surface is rough too so what should i do now ? A laser or just a treatment?

Female | 20

This can be treated with either topical creams or laser treatments. Depending on the severity of your condition, it is best to consult a dermatologist to determine the best treatment for you. Laser treatments are often more effective than topical creams, but a bit expensive. Topical creams can be used to reduce the appearance of the bumps but may not completely remove them.

I am hving acne from very long time. I have taken treatment for 2 year my skin get clear for that period of time but after i had stopped treatment they occur . I also prefer to atake homeopathy but i am not getting solution an i want permanent solution that my acne would get end. Help me with tha best doctor and i want painless treatment

Female | 25

There is no permanent cure for acne. acne is the continuous process because of the oil glands in the skin that are more sensitive and reacting to the hormones in your body that might fluctuate or might be in abnormal quantity, that result in more oil secretion on the seborrheic areas like face and chest, that is resulting in bumps or impulse. If you are getting relief by the treatment, you have to continue some sort of treatment even after acne is gone like no oiling of the face, use anti dandruff shampoos, use salicylic facewash, avoid using thick creams, use topical agent for management of acne, increase water intake, avoid high calorie diet and exercise regularly.

Hlo sir or madem Myself dipendra I m 26 year old I have pigmentations and and dark spots on my face I take many madicine and cream but no have benefit so I want good madicine or my face

Male | 26

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for dark spots and pigmentation on the face. The best approach is to visit a dermatologist to get a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. The dermatologist may recommend a combination of topical medications, light treatments, and laser therapy to help minimize the appearance of discoloration.

My hair has a lot of dandruff and hair loss

Female | 24

Dandruff is a COMMON scalp condition causing itching and flaking. Hair loss can be caused by GENETICS, stress, or illness. Maintaining good scalp hygiene can help reduce dandruff. Use a medicated shampoo containing SALICYLIC ACID or KETOCONAZOLE to treat dandruff. Consider seeing a dermatologist if symptoms persist. Eat a balanced diet rich in PROTEIN and VITAMINS for healthy hair..
