What should I do about painful oozing wounds?
I am 19 years old female and I have these painful oozing wounds on the back of my head near my hairline. They are tender to the touch and accompanied by a lump on the back of my neck. I’m not sure what to do.

I am Nursing student.27 year old I have painful itchy pimples on fore head and few hard pimles on scalp.. It's irritating, uncomfortable and it's very painful.Some are swelled. And some few medicines I have taken which are Pentid 400 for 10 days Dexamethasone for 6 days Zerodol sp 6 days And also applied or applying Cosvate GM plus plus cream which effective sometimes.... But my problem is not solved... It's been cleared in some area and grown in other with same moderate symptoms and also eye pain and headache What to do sir / madam please help

Hello sir /ma'am From the past 3 months i was using elosone ht skin cream over my knee areas, because of the sun exposure my knee became very dark and they were looking very odd. I have been facing vaginal itching and inflammation over the past two years. Also on my inner thighs. It comes and goes. As you mentioned i also suspected yeast infection. HERE IS THE REPORT.... USG LOCAL REGION CLINICAL HISTORY-Swelling in right submandibular region since 1 month. H/o surgical procedure a month back. ON USG SCANNING- There is evidence of heterogeneous predominantly hypoechoic thick walled collection in subcutaneous soft tissue region in right submandibular region measuring 3 x 0.8cm (2cc). It shows mobile internal echoes and peripheral vascularity. Surrounding soft tissue is shows thickening. The collection is 1.7mm deep to the skin surface. Prominent submandibular lymphnode measuring 13 x 6mm and few prominent cervical lymphnodes largest measuring 16 x 8mm are noted on right side. Multiple subcentimeter sized cystic nodules are noted in thyroid Underlying vessels show normal colour flow and waveforms. Visualized bony cortex appears normal. IMPRESSION: SUBCUTANEOUS ABSCESS FORMATION AT THE SITE OF SUBMANDIBULAR SWELLING WITH REACTIVE CERVICAL AND SUBMANDIBULAR LYMPHADENOPATHY.
