I am 22 years old.. Going to complete my bachelors in May but I am very week and think my height is 5. 11.i want to be strong can you please suggest me what to eat like ? vegetables or any eggs or bananas like anything and timings also.. ? Everyone say I am thin and week

Hello. Don't worry. Its your own mindset. When you make your own mind strong then you physically become strong.

You should eat eggs regularly. You diet should be rich in nutrients. 

Eat chicken. Eat fruits like banana, apple, papaya, pears, kiwi,oranges. 

Add fibres to your every meal like carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, etc. this will help you to digest your food also make your tummy full. 

Avoid junk foods,oily food. This will increase your cholesterol level in blood also increases the fat in your body which will make you more weak and lethargic. 

Drink more water. Increase intake to fluid. Drink fruit juices. Decrease sugar intake. 

Along with your diet excerise regularly. Go to gym. Do cardio. Do wieght training.
