Could Left Hand Pain After Walking Indicate Heart Condition?

I am 38 year old male. Felt left hand pain next after a brisk walk in the night. Got an ECG and echo next day. Echo is 60% . Is it a possibility that I had a heart condition

A 60% echo score indicates a healthy heart, which is a good sign. Pain in the left hand after walking can have many causes, not heart problems. Heart conditions usually cause symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, or dizziness. Since your tests are mostly fine, it's less likely to be a heart issue. However, if the pain continues or new symptoms arise, it's best to consult a cardiologist for further advice.
