What to do for heart pain relief and vomiting?
I am 74 years old male and my heart block pain problem few years, i have used heart pain relief medicine few years, and gtn spray used. But recent few days all medicine and pain relief spray i used but haven't pain relief and very pain and vomiting.. Plz few advice what should i fo now?

The chest pain you feel frequently, medications not working, and vomiting are the major health issues that bother you. One likely explanation could be that the weakening of your heart is leading to the onset of these conditions. Please get help urgently from a cardiologist as it is essential. Such symptoms can also be a sign of a heart attack and it is therefore necessary that you go to the nearest ER first, for a complete check-up and appropriate treatment.
