Why is my heart beating fast with normal tests?
I am a 19 year old girl, my heartbeat is fast since many days, before this I went to the doctor, the doctor said that the heart beat is fast due to low energy, then the doctor reported, I did ECG, blood test, all reports are normal. Then the doctor prescribed the medicine and it will be fine but the same problem is still there, now I need to do something and my exam is going on so I need a quick response and my health will not get worse

A racing heartbeat can feel unnerving, but it's often caused by stress and anxiety. Your doctor checked your heart, and everything looks good. To calm down, try deep breaths, light yoga, or calming exercises. Drink water, eat nutritious meals, and get adequate rest.
