Why am I experiencing chest pains and heart stabbing?
I am a 22 year old male. In the past week I have been experiencing chest pains. When ever i try taking a deep breath the pain increases. The pain is mostly on my left side and sometimes I feel a stabbing pain to the heart. The pain also increases when ever I drink soda( the ginger beer flavour). This is the first time this has ever happened me. I am a smoker but not occassionally. The chest pains worsen If I am lying down but there's less tension when I'm standing up straight.

You're having chest pains that get worse when you breathe deeply particularly on the left side and also when you drink ginger beer soda. You smoke, which is likely to be detrimental to your heart and lungs. These symptoms could point to you having acid reflux, heart problems, or even chest muscle strain. See a cardiologist for a thorough check-up and advice.
