Excessive sweating such that it disturbs your day-to-day activities or causes embarrassing social situations is termed “Hyperhidrosis”. 

You will need to visit a specialist, who may need to perform some lab tests, and clinical evaluation before providing you with a solution. 

Treatment options include:

Medications such as antiperspirants, and topical creams may be advised.

Botox injections block the nerves that trigger the sweat glands may be advised.

In severe cases, even sweat gland removal and Surgical division (sympathectomy) of nerves may be performed.
