I think you may have heartburn. Heartburn feels like a burning pain in the middle of your chest. It happens when stomach acid backs up into your esophagus. Eating smaller meals and avoiding your trigger foods can help with it. Also, try not to lie down right after you eat. Drink water and stand up straight to help ease the discomfort as well.
