sir i am having nightfall problem sometimes 5 times in a month. please tell some natural remedies to cure it
Male | rahul
Nightfall is normal. Your body's dropping off some semen while you're asleep, that’s all. It could be activated by stress, sleeping in a weird position, or thinking sex-related thoughts before bed. Try not to get too excited before sleeping and practice good sleep hygiene – it might help stop things going bump in the night. If this doesn’t work after a while (like more than say three months), then maybe see a sexologist about it.

One may encounter the problem of lack of control at the most unexpected moments during intimacy leading to stress or frustration. The involvement can be mixed from an anxiety factor, stress, or/and a few disorders or some medications certainly so suspects mt. Solutions such as breathing exercises, opening lines with one's partner, or adopting specific behavioral techniques can be applied. Aside from that, one should also remember the best step of consultation with a sexologist for personalized care as the physician will be able to give a professional opinion and he/she will propose a treatment approach.

Agr kisy larki nay past ma masturbate ki ho or masturbate left kiya howy 2 years 4 months ho gye ho toh kya after marriage is koi tension toh nai ho gi sex mein or partner ko pta toh nai chaly ga .agr masturbate say is ka vaginal lips break ho gye is say??
Female | 23
Aapko chinta karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Aksar, masturbating se kisi bhi tarah ki long-term physical issues nahi hote. Aapka partner aapki past activities se aware nahi hoga jab tak aap unhe nahi batate. Agar vaginal area mein koi discomfort ya changes mehsoos kar rahi hain, toh yeh kisi aur wajah se ho sakta hai. Regular health check-ups aur ek sexologist se baat karna behtar hoga, jisse aapki concerns ko address kiya ja sake. Marriage ke baad, communication aur comfort zaroori hai, toh apne partner se khul ke baat karna mat bhooliye.

Hi , im having very low sex desire for past 3 months, it never happened before in my life , I'm 60 kg ,171 cm , i eat healthy diet and moderately active on gym and moderate user of marijuana for around 1 year ( took 2 years break before and im quiet a long time marijuana smoker) , i dint masturbate in past 2 months , still very little sex desire only , when I try to get horny it feels like power cut in 1 or 2 min , what will be the problem?
Male | 31
Your sexual drive has gone down a bit, but this is normal and can happen for different reasons. Factors like stress, fatigue, diet, and substance use (like marijuana) can affect libido. Additionally, low sexual desire could be a result of hormonal changes or health problems that you have. To deal with this, try to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, cut down on marijuana, manage stress, and maybe see a doctor for further tests and advice.

I am 43 years male l have Erectial dysfunction and i have diabetes from Last 8 year now I lost total erection I used viagra 100 mg but no response
Male | 43
This trouble can occur in diabetic males. This is due to damage to blood vessels and nerves. The prescribed treatment will depend on how severe and resistant your condition is. Besides Viagra, your doctor will inform you of other remedies that you may want to use together with Viagra to see whether there is any improvement. They can also advise you to try counseling or other psychological treatments that can be helpful for you and your partner.

It's important to get tested for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) after unprotected sex, even if there are no symptoms. I recommend visiting a doctor, specifically a urologist, who can provide appropriate testing and guidance. Please ensure to discuss this with your partner as well.

hello! so after my bf cummed, he has sperm on his left hand the most but on the other hand there are only a few or just a teeny tiny amount of sperm in it. he wiped both hands with a cloth and he rinsed both of his hands with milktea ( to ensure there are no other sperm alive and also bc that is the only liquid with us at the moment ) and used the same cloth to dry his hands and proceeds to finger me with the right hand ( which only has a tiny amount of sperm ) are there chances of pregnancy? i’m so scared bc i have been bloated since that day and was nauseous just yesterday. but the bloating part was on and off and it only occurs time to time
Female | 20
It’s highly improbable you could be pregnant now. There were very few sperms on the hand, moreover, they most likely died after being rinsed off with milk tea. The abdominal distention and vomiting might have nothing to do with pregnancy. The thing is that different things such as eating habits, stress, or hormonal background can cause bloating and nausea. If these symptoms do not go away, I suggest visiting a gynecologist who will help you figure out what’s going on and how to deal with it.

I Had sex or not properly sex my partner just try to put his penis in my vagina but he just cannot or just little bit of it goes inside but he can't do precum or anything should I get pregnant or not what should I do
Female | 21
When a male reproductive organ touches the vaginal opening without going all the way in pregnancy chances are very minimal. However, it is not 100% safe. If this happened recently and you are concerned about being pregnant, you might want to take emergency contraception just to be extra sure. It is always good to have a chat with a gynecologist.

My penis is very small how to big my penis
Male | 33
This doesn't mean the situation is necessarily a problem either. If you have any issues or doubts about penile health, it is most advisable for you to concentrate on the health of your penis. Exercising regularly, keeping a healthy weight, refraining from smoking, and being calm are the best ways to support blood flow to the penis. In the event of difficulties with sexual functioning or if other symptoms have occurred, it is a smart move to have a doctor check to get more direction and assistance.

Hi Doc. I'd like to ask after the healing process of viginaplasty, can trans women still feel sexual feelings, and do they also feel satisfaction during intercourse?
Male | 25
After getting a vaginoplasty, trans women can feel pleasure during sex. It takes weeks or months to heal. Some pain is normal at first, but it gets better. Listen to your plastic surgeon for an easy recovery.

My boyfriend FTM has been taking hormone blockers (injections). I believe his sex drive / libido and intimacy levels have drastically changed , are there any ways of helping these side effects ? Or is there no hope for a sexual relationship
Other | 24
Hormonal blockers influence sexual gratification often. The hormonal levels are not the only ones affected by this medication, so your boyfriend can suffer from a decrease in libido. Consequently, communicating about the problem might be hard to do. To help, communication is key. Discussing emotions and looking for new ways to connect are the things that could help. Moreover, the health practitioner who specializes in hormone therapy can provide guidance and support and offer possible solutions.

I have a question about herpes, I’ve met someone who I would like to have sex with, he has herpes but I need more information about how to go about sex / oral sex , as I don’t know much
Female | 31
Herpes is a common virus that can be passed on through skin-to-skin contact such as sex. Symptoms may include sores, itching, and pain. Condoms and dental dams should still be used during sexual intercourse or oral sex even if your partner does not show any signs of the illness. Communication with your partner is crucial so don’t hesitate to discuss any worries or questions openly with them.

It seems like you might be experiencing what’s commonly known as “sexual dysfunction,” where a person has difficulty feeling any sexual sensations. Stress, anxiety, or physical conditions can all cause this. You ought to speak honestly with your partner and think about getting professional help. They’ll be able to determine the cause and offer treatment options such as counseling or medication.

Does masturbation causes following problem? Will I face it if I've been frequently masturbating since 13 and now I'm 23 year old? I read this in some article that said - "The prostate is a gland located exactly in the neck of the bladder, it secretes a whitish and viscous liquid that serves as a vehicle for sperm. This gland normally completes its development by the age of 21. When a young man masturbates before completing his development (21 years), the prostate atrophies, causing prostatitis after the age of 40, which is the enlargement of this gland that prevents him from urinating and he has to use the probe to do so. Later they have to operate and remove this gland." Should I worry? Please tell me.

How I quite masterbating
Male | 42
Wanting to change is a basic human trait. If we do not maintain self-discipline, we can be faced with such situations as putting us under stress or everyday activities. Coping skills like unlocking the triggers of boredom or stress may be a good idea. To face this, start with finding new hobbies, engaging in physical activities, or transforming the current way of living by, for example, the method of meditation. Building a better daily program also helps this happen. If the behavior you see in someone else remains the same or if it is negatively affecting you physically and psychologically, get an appointment with a sexologist to obtain personalized guidance.

Iam married since 2 months and I still Virgin when we try do the inter course it hurts me too much si whats the solution
Female | 28
Pain is generally felt by womens when they are having first sexual experience, and one possible cause is they are too tensed, they are not yet excited enough, or the tension in the pelvic muscles. To make yourself comfortable and calm, you should do physical movements and practice relaxation techniques. Another thing that is very important is to have an open conversation with your partner and take some time to discover intimacy that is not solely about penetration. If the pain persists, it’s really important that you go and consult a healthcare professional. They can give you their thoughts specifically for your case and thus, should you have them, will be introducing you to such issues that need to be focused on.
