Many things could cause chest pains such as muscle strains, indigestion, or lung problems but even more serious conditions like heart attacks can also be to blame. These other symptoms might include being out of breath quickly when you haven’t done very much exertion, or feeling lightheaded so watch out for them too. Try laying down somewhere comfortable with your eyes closed and take some slow deep breaths – this will make sure our bodies get enough oxygen if it’s just stress. Please visit a cardiologist as soon as possible.
