Can cheap generic substitute be recommended for Olmezest beta for long-term hypertension management at 56 years?
I am taking bp (hypertension) one tab daily for the last 17 yrs. (Tab Olmezest beta 25 mg). Frequently checking BP and generally it is upto the normal level. 124-140/84-90. My current age is 56 yrs and working in a private textile company. 1. Can you pls suggest any substitute generic medicine which is very cheap. 2. Also, suggest me regular exercise and yoga pranayam for improving my health. My weight is 59 kg.

A semantic replacement could be the cheaper telmisartan, the generic option. Turn walking or biking into your regular activity by doing it briskly for at least 30 minutes on most days. The breathing exercises of yoga pranayama include anulom vilom which aims to strengthen your entire body.
