Is low blood pressure causing dizziness and weakness?
I had a low bp of 89/57 and 15-20 mins later 100/65 I was dizzy and lightheaded and felt like I was goin to pass out. I have felt crappy all day with a migraine and feeling weak and shaky

The migraine and feeling weak could be due to low blood sugar. Drinking water and eating something with sugar would help you to feel better. The best way to cope with the situation is to rest and avoid sudden movements.
