What's Causing Itchy Red Bump on Teen's Shoulder?
I have a 14 year old daughter who has a had a itchy raised red puffy bump on her left shoulder the last two days. It happened in the middle of her basketball game. It has gotten worse from her bra strap and shirt rubbing against it. I want to know what it is and how to fix this mystery.
