Why is my heart rate high at rest?
I have been suffering from chest pains and my heart rate is anything from 100 to 135bpm and all I’m doing is either sat down or at work

A resting heart rate that is too high may be due to anxiety, stress, lack of fluids or even having had too much coffee. It is essential to keep calm, drink water, and attempt relaxation methods such as deep breathing. If this persists seek advice from a cardiologist for further assessment and direction.
