Bumps such as keratosis may need medical interventions to be treated. See a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Of these, skincare specialists can prescribe topical creams or they can suggest cryotherapy to remove them.

Dr. Alvin's Product No. 4 Peeling Set I use on my face for 36 days. My skin is very oily and sensitive. The peeling product did not give good results after using it on my skin. Currently my skin is white and black. Now what can I do?
Female | 19
The white and black spots you noticed could result from product irritation. This might've caused hyperpigmentation. Stop using the product immediately. Use a gentle, moisturizing cleanser and moisturizer made for sensitive skin instead. Wear sunscreen daily to protect your skin. Give your skin time to heal, avoiding harsh products. If the changes persist or worsen, consult a dermatologist.

It was very irritation, light pain when touch or cloth touch on it.also small white blisters shown in it. From 05.10.24 it was spreading at shoulder and near side of back or right side. I have applied ointment Clobenate GM from 06.10.24 evening but not much relief. It itching some times which are ignorable. I have taken Montek LC with livocitrizin tablet yesterday.
Male | 33
You may have a skin allergy causing swelling, pain, and white blisters on your left neck, which are now spreading to your shoulders and back. This could be due to contact with an allergen like a chemical or plant. Using Clobenate GM might not be the only solution. It’s a good idea to stop using Boroline and consult your dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan. Avoid scratching to prevent the condition from worsening.

I am 23 years old male i have pimples on my forehead for last 1 months and also blackhead, I had used some cream which was useful in past , but now it's not showing results
Male | 23
Pimples can occur due to excess oil production in the skin and impurities clogging the pores with dirt or dead skin cells. Sometimes, the cream you used before may no longer work because your skin can develop a tolerance to it. I suggest you try a different cream or face wash containing either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, which can help unclog pores and treat your pimples and blackheads. Remember to wash your face gently twice a day and avoid touching your face too much. If the problem persists or worsens, don’t hesitate to consult a dermatologist for a thorough examination and personalized treatment.

Female | 19
Oral herpes can be spread through sharing drinks or cigarettes, even when no sores are visible. Symptoms might include tingling, itching, or blisters on or around the lips. There is no cure for herpes; however, antiviral drugs can help control outbreaks. Don't forget to follow safe practices to protect yourself from such infections in the future.

I have sweating glands under eyes. Can that be cured. If yes, how?
Sweating under the eyes is abnormal and may be an indication of such a problem as hyperhidrosis- this can signify something wrong in numerous parts of the body that appear to sweat profusely. Treatment alternatives range from topical antiperspirants, Botox injections, oral treatments to surgery if necessary. It is best to contact a dermatologist who can diagnose your specific condition and advise you on the most suitable treatment. They can give you a detailed assessment to find the root cause of your sweating and create an individual treatment plan that will help them deal with all these symptoms effectively. Remember, key to effective addressing of hyperhidrosis is the correct diagnosis as well as tailored treatment.

Your daughter might have vitiligo, a common skin condition that causes white patches on the skin. It doesn’t cause pain or itching but can spread over time. The exact cause isn’t clear, but it may affect the immune system. While treatments are available, managing the condition can be challenging. It’s important to consult a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and discuss the best treatment options for your daughter.

Female | 17
Swelling, pain, and discoloration in the toe are normal after the ingrowing toenail is removed because of the bruising. It may be from the shots that removed the sensation in the area. Don't worry; if it's been a day since the procedure, the formation of a bruise is common. Temperature, severe pain, redness of skin, or the presence of any pus are signs of infection. Follow the recommendations for keeping the region spotless, raising your foot, and taking painkillers. If you think you set out signs of infection, contact a dermatologist.

Female | 40
You have a small area of thickened tissue which is under your skin that appears dark on the imaging scan. This could be due to several reasons such as inflammation or it could be a cyst. You might not have any symptoms but if you do experience pain or if you see it growing, it is better to go to a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

i have a lump behind my ear that hasn't gone away. it appears to be a swollen lymph node and it's not that big but it's been here for a while and won't seem to go down or go away. i checked on it today and it looks bigger than before so i'm worried.
Male | 13
Consequently, the tonsils may swell; this usually happens because of viruses and bacteria nabbing around in lymph nodes. However, sometimes it is a sign of a more serious or chronic condition; therefore, continuous changes of lumps need to be evaluated by a doctor. You should consult a dermatologist for more proper treatment advice.

Acne marks can be treated using treatment options that are recommended by a dermatologist in the context of the condition’s extent. I warn against OTC products, which are rarely tailored to your specific skin type and may, therefore, exacerbate the condition.
