Generally, what people call “heart pain” is also known as chest pain. This may feel like squeezing, heavy pressure, or a stabbing pain. Sometimes it can be due to heartburn, tense muscles, or stress. For instance, you can try to rest if you are having any chest pain and also take a glass of water to drink; don’t forget to avoid stressful activities but if it continues then speak with a cardiologist.
