Why do I have left chest pain for 3 days?

I have pain in left chest from last 3 days I can't understand what is happening plz suggest something

If you have any other symptoms like shortness of breath or nausea, your priority should be to seek medical care. In the meantime, take a nap and stay away from too much scratching, and put some warm pressure on the affected spot.
