You may feel pain in your chest and back that is triggered by various sources such as a pulled muscle, stress, or in rare cases, the digestive tract. It is very vital that other symptoms, such as difficulty breathing and nausea, be monitored, as they could be a sign of a more severe problem. On the other hand, the symptoms can be of varying significance which is why; I advise you to see a cardiologist who will analyze your situation and suggest appropriate care.
