You seem to have symptoms of a urinary tract infection (UTI). This causes pain when peeing. You might also need to urinate frequently. Your urine may look cloudy or smell unusual. Drinking lots of water and not holding in your urine can help. Sometimes antibiotics are required from a urologist to get rid of the infection. It's crucial to address a UTI promptly to feel better fast.

Male | 27
Penis size differs, like height and weight. A penis length of 15.5 cm and circumference 12 cm is normal. Don't stress about whether it's big or small. If there is no pain or urination issues, then medically, you have nothing to worry about.

Madam, I am having a tight foreskin. During erection, foreskin can be retracted to some extent but it feels as if it will get stuck & skin will get torn. . One online doctor has advised TENOVATE GM but using it I m having slightly burning sensation .Pls help by suggesting a suitable ointment for this and kindly tell any effective measures.
Male | 22
It seems like you might have phimosis, which is a condition where the foreskin is too tight and hard to pull back. This can make erections uncomfortable and even painful. Tenovate GM might not be the best solution for this issue because it can cause burning. I suggest using a gentle moisturizer like Vaseline or a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone. These will help to soften the skin and reduce inflammation. Make sure you apply the ointment after cleaning the area with warm water.

My penis is paining since last four days , I understand may be it's due to masturbating like four times last week
Male | 32
Penis pain after frequent self-pleasuring isn't unusual. Muscles and tissues require rest periods. Taking a break may alleviate discomfort. However, worsening symptoms merit medical evaluation. Masturbation habits affect genital well-being significantly. Moderation prevents strain on intimate areas. Pay attention to any concerning changes. Consulting an urologist can resolve uncertainties surrounding genital health responsibly.

I am a 16 year old male and I have a jelly like sac in my right Section of the scrotum
Male | 16
A hydrocele that you have in your scrotum is like a gelatinous sac. It takes place when there is an accumulation of fluid around the testis. Mostly, it has no pain, but you may see a swelling. It is a normal thing and usually doesn't pose any risks. But, in case it enlarges or you have some discomfort, it is advisable to visit a urologist to ensure that everything is fine.

i am 18 years old and have a circular hard lump on my right testicle the size of a pea (1.5cm). my testicles are not sensitive to the touch but occasionally feel discomfort in testicles and sometimes in lower belly. i do not want to go to the doctors if it is not absolutely necessary and something that will resolve itself over time. i have felt like this for around a month and a half too 2 months.
Male | 18
This lump could be a hydrocele or a cyst, which can sometimes cause discomfort in your testicles and lower abdomen. It's important to have a urologist examine it to determine if it's something serious. However, most lumps are usually harmless, so try not to worry.

Does masturbation causes following problem? Will I face it if I've been frequently masturbating since 13 and now I'm 23 year old? I read this in some article that said - "The prostate is a gland located exactly in the neck of the bladder, it secretes a whitish and viscous liquid that serves as a vehicle for sperm. This gland normally completes its development by the age of 21. When a young man masturbates before completing his development (21 years), the prostate atrophies, causing prostatitis after the age of 40, which is the enlargement of this gland that prevents him from urinating and he has to use the probe to do so. Later they have to operate and remove this gland." Should I worry? Please tell me.

Finding white tissue in your urine can be worrying, but don’t panic. It may be due to infections, kidney stones, or other urinary issues. Symptoms include pain while urinating, frequent bathroom trips, or foul-smelling urine. To help, drink plenty of water, avoid holding in pee, and maintain good hygiene. If it persists, see a urologist.

I have burning sensation at end of peeing and it is paining also.i have backache and too much fatigue these days so can u help me in this matter .
Female | 28
Glycosuria can lead to burning pee and backache might be the reason for the high sugar content in your urine. Inflammation is evident from the presence of epithelial cells and amorphous in your urine. It's crucial to consult a urologist for more tests. They may recommend some changes in your lifestyle, prescribe medication, or other treatments that can help you recover.

For 2 years I've been having symptoms of painful ejaculations - it feels like my urethra closes for a few seconds while I ejaculate, I start feeling pain and after that semen comes out. Sometimes, after ejaculation there's a bit of blood. I've done tests for sperm and urine and they're clean, no UTIs, infections or STDs, and my prostate is not enlarged. I've been to multiple doctors and they all prescribe antibiotics which don't help at all, ever - no change of symptoms from antibiotics. The only pill that ever helped (briefly) was betamsal (tamsulosin). After ejaculation, peeing sometimes is painful and slow.
Male | 30
You are having some problems with ejaculation, sometimes experiencing pain and even blood afterward. Even though your tests are negative, such symptoms might be caused by other conditions such as urethral stricture or pelvic floor dysfunction. These conditions can sometimes be unnoticed in routine checkups. Go to a urologist for further assessment and possibly get some treatments that are specifically designed for your condition.

accidentally received a mild blow to my testicular area, causing immediate pain. However, afterward, I noticed that my erections became slow, weak, and less enduring. Could the blow be the cause, considering it wasn't severe
Male | 35
For sure, the testicular area, which is delicate, is affected by the mild blow that breaks blood vessels and the nerves that supply the penis with blood. It would cause erectile failure. A visit to a urologist should be a consideration for evaluation and treatment.
