This could indicate an issue, showing symptoms like weakness, mild shortness of breath, irregular heartbeats, and heart sounds. Even though your ECG and Echo are normal, these symptoms remain concerning. Often, heart rhythm issues can result from excessive caffeine intake, stress, or medications. Ensure adequate hydration, sleep, and stress management. It's crucial to inform a cardiologist about these symptoms to receive personalized advice based on your situation details.
