I haveing chest pain And I thowup to Andit started when i was trying to sleep It started after i when to the gym and had dinner

Acid reflux occurs when stomach acid moves up your esophagus. It causes chest pain and vomiting. Big meals before bed, exercise worsen it. Eat smaller portions, avoid spicy/acidic foods, and don't lie down after eating. If it persists, see a cardiologist.
