Palpitations are when you feel your heart beating fast or irregularly and that's what you went through. It can occur due to stress, too much caffeine, or even anemia. Try to relax, avoid caffeine, and eat healthy. If it doesn't stop, check with a cardiologist to make sure everything is where it should be.
