Why do I have painful pimples on my penis?
I'm 16 years old boy, having small pimples upon my penis, it has started a month ago but cured now I got 2 again. They're little painful while touch. I'm so scared please help

I have this little soft lump on my lower vulva perineum it's about the size of the top of my finger, 3 cm. It's squishy and very movable and it looks like it has something yellowish in it, but it doesn't pop.
