Could Chest Squeezing be Coronary Artery Disease Symptoms at 13?

I’m a 13 year old male and am worried I have coronary artery disease becuase for 2 years now I have had these weird squeezing sensations in my left chest that are in different areas all the time. It’s like a squeezing sensation that hurts but lasts like 2-3 seconds. I’m a very stressed person and active but I don’t know what it is. I’m super worried.

Chest tightening, especially in young adults, is often due to anxiety, muscle tension, or even acid reflux, but not due to any serious heart problems. It is the stress that can make your body feel different. However, it is crucial to take these signs seriously. I advise you to discuss your case with a healthcare professional who can really get a better picture of your health problem. You should consult a cardiologist for proper treatments.
