Should I be concerned about rapid heart rate and chest pain?

I’m an 18 year old female who has been suffering with my heart beat that can sit anywhere from 80 to 135 bpm for nearly a week and I have started getting chest pains from it

It appears that your heart is beating fast, also known as tachycardia, which can lead to chest pains. Stress, caffeine, lack of sleep, or other medical conditions may cause tachycardia. You should see a cardiologist to find out the exact reason. In the meantime, try to stay calm, consume less caffeine, and get more sleep. If the chest pain becomes very severe then you must go for immediate medical help.
