You appear to be getting heartburn or acid reflux. Symptoms may be burning sensations in your chest; feeling like your heart is racing; the stabbing pain that goes to your left rib. Among other things, these can be brought about by eating chemicals, eating stimulants, or being overweight. You can experiment with smaller portions, avoid the problem foods, and try to remain in an upright position after eating. It is important to drink water at a slow pace and in moderation. If it stays, the best way is to get medical help.
