As it is suggested by your symptoms, you should visit a urologist. Whenever any of the symptoms such as frequent nightfall, itchy and irritated urinary tract, early excitement or leakage of ‘waterly’ stick syrup from Voided Urine are noticed there is a possibility that an infection 0r inflammation has set in the Urinary Tract. Consulting a healthcare provider is considered necessary as opposed to self-medication which may aggravate the condition.

These two symptoms can mean that your nerves are the problem. It would be wisest if you would see a urologist who will do the necessary evaluation and correct diagnosis. Not paying attention to these symptoms can only prompt the occurrence of health consequences in the future.

UTI didnot stop even after taking antibiotics
Male | 33
Urinary tract infections happen when harmful bacteria enter your urinary system, causing frequent urination, burning sensations, and unpleasant odors or cloudiness. If the initial antibiotics fail to eliminate the bacteria, your urologist may prescribe different ones. Completing the full course of antibiotics is crucial for recovery.

Pain and swelling in left testicle could be due to: 1. Testicular torsion - emergency situation, need to see a doctor. 2. Epididymitis - could be caused by a bacterial infection. 3. Varicocele - dilated veins in the scrotum, usually doesn't need treatment. 4. Testicular cancer - rare, but could be a concern.. 5. Inguinal hernia - could cause swelling in the groin area. It's important to see a urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I have problem of frequent urination and pain during urine
Female | 18
You might have an infection in your urinary system. When you urinate frequently and feel pain, it could mean bacteria entered your body. Burning sensations could occur along with peeing often and hurting. Staying hydrated by drinking water is crucial. Visiting a urologist is important, as they may prescribe antibiotics to treat the infection and provide relief.

Im 17 female. Recently my periods ended and soon after that, im having the urge to urinate quite frequently and as soon as that went away, whenever pee it hurts and burns alot after im done (i start tearing). And this is happening very frequently, like i peed 20 mins ago, it hurts (alot) then after 15 mins i feel like i urgently need to pee again (like my bladder is full) and i pee but its in a quite small amount and the cycle goes on. What do i do?
Female | 17
It looks like you may have a urinary tract infection (UTI). This is a very frequent side effect and it can lead to painful urination, increased urge to urinate, and a sensation of incomplete bladder emptying. I advise you to see a urologist or a gynecologist quickly for diagnosis and proper treatment.

I have a itching problem on my dick what's it s the problem of that
Male | 18
Multiple factors can cause your penis to itch. One of the common reasons for that is a kind of yeast called thrush. This can be induced by the area being kept warm and moist. Other reasons could occur due to irritation from chemicals in products or allergic reactions. Keeping the area clean and dry can assist. Over-the-counter antifungal creams can also be of great help. As the itch persists, it's advised to go to a urologist who will make a proper assessment and treatment.

It feels like I have to urinate bad, then nothing. I can pushout a little at a time. I took azo medication for UTI. It seemed better on day 3 after taking the meds.then at night it's back with vengeance. I'm just living on the toilet
Male | 38
A bladder infection could make you feel like peeing a lot, but little urine comes out. Azo medication helps with symptoms, yet drinking plenty of water and not holding pee is crucial. If issues persist, seeing a urologist for evaluation and treatment is wise.

2 weeks ago I noticed during masturbation that my semen looked like little jelly. Same problem after 2 times masturbation.
Male | 18
It is normal for semen to have a slightly jelly-like texture, but if it continues, it could be a sign of dehydration or an underlying condition. It’s best to consult a urologist, who specializes in male reproductive health, to get a proper evaluation and ensure there are no issues.

Male | 30
If you have pain and discharge from your penis, that might be due to an infection. Sometimes those infections (like urinary tract infections or prostatitis) don’t show up on STD tests. It’s important to have a full check with a urologist and maybe some other tests to work out what’s going on. Once we know what’s wrong some treatments work well.

Hi doctor am very upset bcz after urine i face drops of urine but no symptoms drops not gelly type or sticky what is this????unmarried
Female | 22
You are dealing with something called post-void dribbling. It can occur when a couple of drops of pee come out after you have already finished peeing. This is a common condition in men and may be due to weak pelvic muscles or an enlarged prostate. To help with this, try to do pelvic floor exercises or "kegels." If it persists, it is best to talk with a urologist for further information.

Firstly, approximately 20 years ago, I experienced a significant shoulder impact while playing football, resulting in a sprain that extends from my neck to the back of my shoulder. Whenever I engage in physical activity, particularly on the injured right shoulder side, I feel a burning sensation accompanied by heat. Additionally, I've noticed that my right hip appears elevated since the injury. In a previous scan, I discovered a left-sided disc prolapse. Moreover, I occasionally experience sprains in the middle of my back. I have not been taking any medications for this issue as previous doctors have been unable to identify the problem. I am concerned about the long-term implications and would greatly appreciate your expertise in evaluating and providing guidance on the appropriate course of action. Are there any specific tests or examinations that you recommend to better understand the underlying causes and potential treatment options for my shoulder, hip, and back issues? Furthermore, I recently discovered that I have kidney stones in both of my kidneys. I do not have diabetes or high blood pressure, and I am not diagnosed with arthritis. Additionally, I have been informed that I have elevated uric acid levels. Considering these multiple health concerns, I am wondering if blood tests or any other diagnostic tests would be beneficial in identifying any potential connections between these issues and guiding the most appropriate treatment plan.
Male | 44
To address your musculoskeletal concerns consult an orthopedic specialist. They would recommend imaging studies, physical therapy, and medications as needed. For your kidney stones and elevated uric acid, seek guidance from a urologist nearest to you or a nephrologist who can perform diagnostic tests. I suggest to follow certain dietary changes, and monitor your kidney health. Open communication with your specialists for a tailored treatment plan for your multiple health concerns.

You may be having a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs are painful when you pee. A person may need to take medication for a few months or there is a chance, that he will be infected again. It is crucial to drink water and to not hold your pee. Clinical examination to see the possibility of prescribing antibiotics that will clear the infection and prevent it from coming back can also be discussed with a urologist.

Good morning sir/mam I am 45 years old. I am suffering with kidney failure with creatinine 7.6 now I am under taking dailysis treatment. Is there is any other solution other than dialysis or transplantation.
Male | 45
Kidney failure has two most important treatment options - the best is a kidney transplant while the second option is dialysis. In the very early stages medicines can help to prevent progression. Your stage is CKD 5- which needs either transplant or dialysis.
